How much product should I consume a day? You should always consult a doctor prior to consuming any supplement. BIOSF’s products are designed to bring balance to the body from a foundational perspective. Our best recommendation is to approach supplementation from a less is more perspective over an extended period of time as opposed to loading up on something on any single day. Use a single serving per day mixed with at least 6 oz. of water before a meal or at least 2 hours after.
What are hemp nutraceutical products, and how are they different from traditional supplements? BIOSF.Co has spent over 4 years developing our formulas. Are hemp nutraceutical products legal to sell and consume? Yes. We use a full spectrum hemp derived extract that delivers all of the benefits of hemp without the psychoactive high that THC or recreational cannabis provides.
What is the difference between full-spectrum and isolate hemp nutraceutical products? Full spectrum means that the plant has been preserved as nature originally intended it. It has all of the cannabinoids, terpenes and minerals that hemp grows. Isolates are certain cannabinoids or terpenes that have been isolated and put into formulations to try and garner an effect. All of our products incorporate full spectrum hemp extract and deliver the full entourage effect that the plant was meant to provide with minimal processing.
Can hemp nutraceutical products make me high or cause any psychoactive effects? No, there are no substances in BIOSF’s products that have any psychoactive properties.
How should I store BIOSF’s products to maintain their freshness and potency? Our products are shelf stable for 3 years. Best to keep them in a cool dry place.

Where does BIOSF.Co ship? We currently ship only in the United States
How long will it take to get my products? We ship usually within 1-2 days after receiving your order Monday through Friday. Standard domestic shipping is usually 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (typically extended during peak holiday seasons).
How can I edit my shipping address? If you notice an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us via chat (9am-3pm PST, Monday-Friday) or email us at info.biosf@gmail.com with “Urgent - Address change” in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order with BIOSF.Co? You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, please check your spam folder and if that doesn’t work then contact info.biosf@gmail.com
How much does shipping cost? Shipping will be calculated as you checkout based upon the service you request and your location in the United States.

What is ‘Whole Food Capture’ and why is it important? ‘Whole Food Capture’ is a patented process for preserving the nutrition and active components in any whole food. It transforms live whole foods into highly bioavailable flakes that are water dispersible. This emulsification or extraction process suspends the substance in a hydrophobic state on the inside of the matrix and a hydrophilic state on the outside. This unique combination makes sure that when combined with water that the substance will disperse and remain bioavailable in the new substrate. We use this process as the foundation of our products. This is truly a new way of looking at nutrition.
